Team Denver Homes Neighborhood Review Featuring The Pinery with Michael-Anne Goodart

Hi, it's Michael-Anne Goodart with Team Denver Homes. It is time for another neighborhood review and today we are visiting the Pinery located in Parker, CO.

The Pinery is located South of Parker, East of Denver about twenty minutes from the Denver Tech Center and 15 minutes from the Outlets at Castle Rock. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still offers an urban lifestyle. Also close to downtown Parker making it easily accessible to restaurants, entertainment and all that downtown Parker has to offer.

The idea of gold was what brought the first settlers to this area, the first gold discovered in Colorado was just down the road in Russellville. Development of this community started in 1971 and still continues to grow today.

There are 1,800 custom homes in this neighborhood giving each street their own sense of style. The lot sizes vary from half an acre to just over an acre for some. Prices range from $500K to slightly over $2.5 MM. Some homes have been built on hills that have mountain views from Pikes Peak to Downtown Denver. Others are nestled in groves of aspens or pine trees with lots of privacy. There are plenty of views, wild flowers and wildlife galore. There is also a four mile walking trail that loops around Bingham lake within the neighborhood. The homeowners can also enjoy The Pinery Country Club that is complete with pools, tennis courts, golf course and plenty of other amenities.
