ОтветитьA good rib eye or club steak only needs salt/pepper and some olive oil as the meat is so juicy and flavorful, it doesn’t need the butter. I love your cooking pit. I think cooking steak in a cast iron skillet is the best way as cooking it on a grill allows the juices to escape
