For branching, if my question is a YES/NO, I want to ask two follow-up questions based on the response like so:

If yes, ask follow-up questions A and B
If no, ask follow-up questions C and D


I can figure out how to skip A and B if the answer is 'no', but if the answer is 'yes', it asks all four follow-up questions

How would you suggest I export transfer data in Excel Sells into specific custom forms which I need to email as part of a manual process which takes up way too much time. Inside the Excel spreadsheet is a free text form which contains notes from conversations with clients that I ideally would liketo also move to a email. Any thoughts?
