No guarantee that any of the 2-3 year olds you have seen will be there in a couple years.

ОтветитьPark is looking great 👍
ОтветитьAlways wondered what you do for Liability Insurance for your hunters? Hope they are covered by your Homeowners policy, or require a hunter to provide you proof they have hunters coverage for accidents or injury??
ОтветитьThat's going to be a heck of a bonfire!
ОтветитьThat's one amazing looking view from the house now reckon Mrs K gonna be well happy with your efforts 💪💪👍
ОтветитьI hope you have a great tax accountant, you have so many incomes right offs, it is going to be a mess.
ОтветитьLooks good Kapper. The Mrs. will love it.
ОтветитьI’m not sure you are living in reality currently!!! Your concept of outfitting is way incorrect!!!! The purpose of being an outfitter is to provide an almost perfect hunt including harvesting an animal that’s the hole point of the transaction!!!! If they just want to go camping and sit in nature you can go to a national park for 25 bucks and see all the animals you want ,,,, but if you pay thousands of dollars to hunt then you want to have luck harvesting a animal your not going to have much of a business buy saying well next year when you come back I will nock off some money so
Now your expecting people to double pay to not harvest anything hahahah good luck with that
The deer that you see on your property, are not just staying on your land they travel , 500 acres very small to deer, your 2 and 3 years old bucks will end up on someone else's wall, good luck with that, I seen it with my own eyes, I was seeing a palmatted deer on my land for1 or 2 months then went missing during rutting. He was taken by a hunter almost 10 miles from my land and yes i got to see the deer. The hunter was a friend of mine i had pictures on my phone and compared the pictures to the deer on back of his truck, was the same deer
ОтветитьThat will be one big fire! Crazy on the closing!
