I say Russia gives up Crimea and the rest of the land Russia claims and up to BelaRus east of the big river is a fair deal. Eastern Russian speaking Ukraine. With Western Ukrainian-speaking Ukraine being part of NATO meaning that is all you will ever get. This is more than fair of a deal for Russia.
