Cant go down the rope i dont know why

I’ve tried to climb down the rope and have not succeeded. Is there something else I need to do?

Can you explain what the point of running through the hard puzzles is for? We're here because we need help not to be impressed with how fast you can run through it. It's annoying having to rewind over and over because I can't keep up.
