the place is Huge, I have lived in much smaller in Melbourne Australia for the same amount of rent..... didn't even have a washing machine.
ОтветитьHope those walls and ceiling are sound proof those things sound loudly annoying.
Ответитьjust imaginea dysfunction and being compress into these 2 wall
ОтветитьIt’s wild that now I’m watching you document the fall of NYC.
ОтветитьNew York has a lot of power outages. No power , no bed
ОтветитьThis will be the future of living in high density areas, brilliant, I would live there -- But $1200/wk, better off with a mortgage
ОтветитьOne dollar 😂😂
ОтветитьIt’s nice but way too expensive . Really all I can think about is getting mugged and bashed as soon as I step out or being pushed in front of a train. New York’s going down the toilet.
ОтветитьThis is so desperate.
ОтветитьAmazing!! ❤
ОтветитьI miss these types of videos
ОтветитьWow, realy cool. I coud need some of these! Do u sell those also in Germany? I like it a lot.
ОтветитьThese new york prices are absolute insanity. But the views are nice in this apartment and I absolutely love how they have maximised the space. Some fantastic ideas here.
ОтветитьAt first I thought he said $480 and $640 per month and thought "Oh, that's not so bad!"
ОтветитьYou took a lot of elements I saw from Japan, they have plenty of tiny apartments. The difference is, that you used them in an appartment a person can live and feels comfortable. Nice done.
Ответить4600 other reason tell me to do something else with my money.😂 Not in a million years I will pay that for such an apartment, and I work in capital investment, capital real estate inclusive.😂
Ответить"it's got real Mexican food". I live in Texas. It does not have real Mexican food.
ОтветитьWhat does the view look like at night?? 🥰😍😍 I need to see it
ОтветитьHave to agree that the ideas in this are amazing . Very functional.
ОтветитьAbsolutely, ridiculous.
Living in N.Y., is NO.
How regular people manage to live there to pay these amounts, is beyond my understanding.
I've seen transformer apartments similar to these 25 years ago in Japan and also in Europe. Same with expansion-furniture for small spaces. It just never became a "THING". But hey, leave it to typical US-American BRAG-MOUTHS talking about it as if "they" invented it.
ОтветитьI really don't see the point in having a kitchen without a proper space to eat and share your meal with someone else... Maybe because i'm italian, i don't know.
ОтветитьOutstanding space management
ОтветитьI need this bedroom setup badly! how much would that cost?
ОтветитьInsanely cozy i like it a lot
ОтветитьLooks dystopian
ОтветитьSardine living at its best. No thanks new york!!
ОтветитьWhy do people keep the stickers on their hat bills? Do you also keep the tags on your clothes 🤔
Ответить$4600?!?!?! How the fuck do people survive in NYC?
Ответить10 months later, are there any shops open nearby?
Ответить4600 for a box what job do you have to pay this?? over $120 k plus pa but only sutible for one ? do you think the stores will still be there look at sanfrancisco market street having stoped cars for 3 to 4 years everything is gone empty
ОтветитьIngenious.
ОтветитьThis is actually amazing, def would rather this than spending an extra 2K a month
Ответитьthis would appeal to young adults under 27 nice layout
ОтветитьIt's nice until there's a power outage.
ОтветитьAnnoying how it took him so long to show the bed because they kept wanting to stand under it, I can tell the worker was annoyed by him.
ОтветитьReminder that I pay about $1 500 and I have 3 bedrooms, a pool and a shared backyard. That's DE. NY Rents are INSANE.
ОтветитьOh that’s really impressive! I love it and it’s so innovative and creative! Brilliant!
ОтветитьIt's all fun and games until everything starts breaking down.
Ответить$4600 per mo., keep in mind this is the NYC asking price. Probably $1200 - $3000 in other parts of the country. Plenty of untapped markets that could benefit from this kind of build, schools, government, overseas countries w/ little usable space to build etc...
ОтветитьImagine spending $4600 on this shoe box. Madness
ОтветитьIf I had a place like that, my cat paralysis would extend beyond my own body to the whole apartment. Oh, there's a cat sleeping on my bed? Guess I don't get to use the living room today!
ОтветитьHell no.
ОтветитьIt didn't.
Ответить$4600, really? Got a 4500 square foot house 30 minutes out of the city $4k a month mortgage.
Ответитьi wouldnt change the camera angle every single time he starts talking, just keep the camera where it is and listen to the guy
ОтветитьVery nice! Smart use of space
ОтветитьPlease don't mention Boise again. We're trying (us born here Idahoans) to dissuade any more from moving here. Too many as is! Go to Colorado or somewhere else .. must say cute apartments though over-priced. 10 years ago, they would not have been.
ОтветитьSq ft?
Ответитьso, the office is behind the tv? well then, a perfect place to keep all of my Superhero vigilante equipment!
