My cue was first to write down the above title of this video 15 times as done by the creator of Dilbert (the cartoon) Scott Adams. In the book Mind Hacking, I learned the power of this 1 small activity when repeated daily.
As of today I vow to do my R15 (my code for writing; "I Xavier Rivera enjoy receiving $2000 per week passively." This will serve as my cue to do my routine which was shooting this here video, and now that it's done my reward is the satisfaction of completion.
The power of R15 daily can hopefully serve as your cue to do your own routine so you may also be rewarded by its completion. The fact that I used a mere mind hack courtesy of what I learned in Sir John Hargrave's book, "Mind Hacking", as the catalyst to create my new 2019 habit loop.
