Love the vids mate !! 🙌🙌 Someday would love to do a group trip somewhere epic ! Or even show you around Cape Town since it’s on your list 🤙🏼
ОтветитьHave you ever been or would consider visiting Goa? Would love to hear how it compares with all the places you have been to.
ОтветитьIf you want a girlfriend cut the girly manbun off and be a bloke.
ОтветитьJoose thank you so much for your videos! I really enjoy watching them and wish you all the best.
Recently visited Koh-Phangan and loved Xantiva!
That was the first sauna I visited in SEA and now I go to sauna/ice baths regularly eventho I live in Thailand where the weather is fucking hot!
this guy is so real, i trust him
Ответитьhow about staying in Europe? Madeira for example? or Spain etc
Ответитьnice vid. how do you do with tax? do you hire someone back home? where do you get the correct info especially as you obviously move about quite a bit?
ОтветитьWhy don't influencers ever leave Bali? You're getting an Indonesian visa, not a Bali visa. There's a whole entire country outside the most touristic destination. I don't even plan on going to Bali lol. The Gilis are a nice middle ground, far too touristy for my tastes. Lombok, Flores, Sumatra, Kalimantan... People don't even visit Jakarta, they just wanna take their Instagram pics and overpay for everything. It's crazy to me that the people who make exploration their lifestyle choose the most mundane choices
ОтветитьNice vid! What do you do for work?😮
ОтветитьThree years is nothing. I've seen people thriving as DN or remote workers for five, seven, ten years, and it's fine. It's still way better than nine-to-five office jobs. Also, if you earn enough with some portion of your income going to savings, that's the dream of many people. I personally won't trade it with others. Freedom and flexibility are the most important to stay happy.
ОтветитьAnd at some points, you will be back to Bali again because no perfect place in this earth, but Bali feels like home for many people. There are many people left, but that space is always filled with new people who called Bali home and decided to settle down. The good thing about being in Bali is that you can be bored where you stay, but you can always escape to different areas whether for staycation or just complete moving. To me, even staying in a villa for a day is a treat.
ОтветитьFind SEA wife at one point when you feel ready.
ОтветитьYour channel is so underrated. It should be at least 300k subscribers.
ОтветитьI lived in Stellenbosch, Cape town for 1 year.
South Africa is my favourite country however it is incredibly dangerous. Westerners really are clueless - Im talking electric wire on every house, red buttons above the bed that alert a shot-gun armed guard, posters on university campuses encouraging women to buy pepper spray / stun guns - it's that dangerous.
If it hadn't been for that - id move permanently.
Bro thanks for this video ! Very inspirational. What do you use as a set up to vlog those kind of videos ? Thank you !!!
ОтветитьSweet co-working space!
Ответить"one day when i find a life partner" thats wild sying that while showing a shot of your current gf LMFAO
ОтветитьHow are you earning USD as a Finnish citizen?
ОтветитьIf you're not making $10k/mo then what are you averaging per month? (If you don't mind me asking - you can send me a private message if you prefer)
ОтветитьWhat the quietest place in Canggu for long term living?
Ответитьlove the video too! 🤙 my route this year is thailand > bali > australia, following the sun ☀
ОтветитьThanks Joose! 🤩 I met you on echo beach a couple of years ago and Im always watching your vids! Will be back in Bali soon. Thanks for all the inspirations and great evaluations about all the different spots in SEA, extremly helpful! 😊
ОтветитьI like most of your takes. I don't live in Bali but visited friends who do. I don't get the indication it's a great place to find a serious girlfriend. That's really why I don't base there. Think neighboring countries are better for that. But good luck man
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your valuable insight and experience as a digital nomad. What a wonderful video.
ОтветитьDo i have to pay social taxes in my home country when becoming a digital nomad such as health insurance? Or do i "unsubscribe" from my home country?
ОтветитьMoi, mäkin oon suomalainen ja alottelemassa digital nomad elämää, halusin kysyä miten hoidat verot? Maksatko vielä Suomeen verot?
ОтветитьInteresting to hear your thoughts bro. How you feel about the stigma associated with dating Asian girls or it doesn’t bother you?
ОтветитьFantastic video, J. I've lived a very similar lifestyle. 6 months a year in Bali (Ubud), a few months back home in CA, and a few months in Thailand, Philippines, MX etc. Its a great life, but I certainly feel you on the difficulties of coming and going. Wishing you the best! And BTW very much agree and nudge you to find a woman over there!
ОтветитьThank you for sharing your insights! It's pretty inspiring to hear how you think about it. Keep on inspiring us
ОтветитьLove when you share things that other nomads don’t share. I think you don’t need to be focus on finding someone to share your life with, just live your life and the things that you love and that person will just appear in the right moment. Besides that, I hope you find that person (friend or partner) that helps you feel better ✨
ОтветитьHi mate. Do you ever worry about Ai takeover and it being very hard in the next couple years for digital nomads, obviously we all know what is coming and this will change a lot of peoples life and what they will then have to do? Do you have a plan or other streams of income if this was the case? I have some good friends that work online and they talk about only having a few years left in their current industry. Thanks
ОтветитьHi Joose - Can you please recommend some tour companies so I can book tours for Da Nang, Hue, Ha Noi, or Saigon?
ОтветитьEnjoying watching your journey!
Ответитьsmarttripai AI fixes this. gital nomad lifestyle reflections shared.
ОтветитьFound out the video when it needed the most!!! Kudos to you Joose !!
Can you list out at list 2 -3 Freelance ideas or the tech skills good to have in coming time, to start with?
you suggestions surely going to help me brother. TIA !!
You're doing great. Excellent plan. Keep it up! Enjoyed the video very much.
ОтветитьHey man, I'll try to keep it short.
I guess you sometimes feel lonely, as everyone does. But how bad is it ? I know you speak about meeting a lot of people etc but Idk. Are you able to maintain new friendships here ? I've always been super social and I feel like this would maybe be a problem to me if it wasn't possible.
Also, you mentionned you quit your IT job. Contrats on that, it must be really nice to only focus on content creation. But do you get some sort of impostor syndrome ? Like all your friends back in Finland must have done great schools and are becoming ingeneers and surgeons etc, even you must have spent years studying what you were previously hired for. And yet here you are doing amazing on your side, litteraly living a dream life on paradise islands it's like... I don't know, that deconnection must feel really awkward sometimes. (Please don't understand this as I am minimizing the job you're doing. I work in VFX, trust me I know how hard it is to be a content creator, and I am very impressed with the constant quality of your work.)
I am not by any means trying to make you feel bad or reconsider your choices. I am just asking those questions because these are the only things that really stop me from going there, and I feel the call from south east asia stronger and louder every day.
Do you plan on visiting anywhere in Latin America to review the Lifestyle?
ОтветитьCapetown & Mexico are 1000x more dangerous than anywhere in ASEAN south East Asia!
ОтветитьHow do you manage luggage / your belongings? And when you are dating do you use apps or meet people at cafes/bars/gyms?
ОтветитьThank you for this open insight brother, really appreciate that kind of content! <3
ОтветитьI always look forward to your videos! Beautiful content, and scenery! Honest, and realistic thoughts and plans! Thanks for sharing with us!🌴🥰
ОтветитьHi Joose, shoutout for this one. There's a lot of rest and comfort in renting and investing the money you would've used for a build or buy. Especially in these countries there's a lot of stuff that could go wrong and it's still a long-term lease. I'd say if you don't want to get in the business of renting out property and the hassles that accompany it, just put it in some low-cost indexfunds and start compounding for the long-term. Real estate is quite overrated in my opinion, especially if you like moving a lot. Keep doing what you do, thanks for authenticity!
ОтветитьHey Joose, what has happened to Grace?..... You talking about a new Partner here?
Thank you for your content... It very helpful and your style of presentation is perfect easy to understand!
Joose I didn’t know you were in IT before, congrats on chasing your dream and perusing your true passion. I’m also a remote IT Manager in SEA but it’s just a job and it wrecks my sleep schedule..
