Tales of Rebirth OP [4K with English Lyrics]

Tales of Rebirth Opening, Good Night by Every Little Thing. 4K Remaster / Upscale with English lyrics. Tools used: FFmpeg, Avisynth, chaiNNer (ESRGAN), Topaz Video AI, Photoshop. Video taken form PS2 release (this is the best source, PSP is obviously worse, and DVD is PS2 footage re-encoded), audio form "The Best of Tales" DVD.
About the ps2 footage quality: it was deinterlaced (which you should not do to animation, it's for live footage*), creating jagged lines. The absolute MVP in solving that issue is "AnimeUndeint" -- a RealESRGAN model (you can run it through chaiNNer), and Avisynth's QTGMC (for full motion scenes). And of course manual editing of frames, i.e. changing broken duplicates with good one, and "photoshopping" semi-broken one with good neighbors. Manual decimation.
The upscaling solution: {Topaz's [amq_1x] +(blend) [ahq_1x] → ESRGAN's [2x_KemonoScale]} + {[2x_KemonoScale]}
