ОтветитьIt was nice to settle into this class with the volume on silent and just my own background music. It was truly hard to drop into myself because of how much talking there was. But there’s always ways to figure it out. Thanks for the class regardless:}

ОтветитьI've been doing this routine regularly for the past 4 years (since Breathe and Flow released it). The best recovery routine by far. I'm pushing 50 and can still play competitive hockey, take long bike rides on a fixed gear, and box in large part due to this routine. Add mobility work and you've got a great basis for longevity.
ОтветитьI love the sequence but the constant talking is quite distracting. To overcome this I turn the volume as low as possible to enable me to go deeper into the practice.

ОтветитьI don't mean to criticize, but this is the first yin practice that made me feel more stressed out and less relaxed. I think its probably the constant dialog, worries, and stress that you talk about. Just thought I would share my experience. Thanks anyways for the good practice!

Негде не болит только когда голодная щлая пока привыкну орозо идёт все внорме будит воду не льзя пить немного дискомфор а так привыкаю хотела бросить но дети издеваться будут я сними нада терпеть весь орозо япроиграю денги поставили на кон нала выйгать поспорили что смогу
