You actually gotta work harder and focus on your diet even more when you're on gear.. Trt doesn't just gift you results.
ОтветитьRefreshing!
ОтветитьGreat message Jeff I Agree everyone lookin for a quick fix
ОтветитьReal talk. Unfortunately, it doesn't get in everyones head.
ОтветитьI jumped on trt because there was more research than the covid vaccine.
ОтветитьI hear ya, but those taking these drugs know the risks as well. Not everyone has the discipline to do what it takes. Not giving anyone an excuse, but it is what it is. Unfortunately, you’re not going to be changing anyone’s mind.
ОтветитьGreat video Jeff, appreciate your care for the community
Ответить49 yr old male, diagnosed hypogonadism with less total testosterone levels than an 80yr old man. I get shots of testosterone cypiomate to relieve the debilitating horrible side effects of severely low testosterone levels.
I get fitness results with a healthy diet and hr intensity of Jeff's workouts.
Theres a big difference. BTW I fully support what Jeff's saying here.
Question really is. Should I start admitting on my channel that ive been on TRT for about 7 years.
ОтветитьI'm 33 and tested my testosterone and it came up to 7.2 nmol/L. I read that the minimum for 19-49 age group is 8.3. I'm considering going on TRT on the lowest dose possible that will do me good but I'm concerned about the risks. I don't care about the cosmetic aspect of TRT, simply want to treat my symptoms of lack of energy, constant tiredness, etc. Would it be smart to start TRT considering my levels, or they are not that far behind that I need to worry about it?
ОтветитьI am being diagnosed with low TRT and i might get injection for that
ОтветитьNah, take TRT. All of these fitness scammers are doing it and then turning around and trying to sell you on their program. F that, work smarter not harder.
ОтветитьI'm on TRT because I have NO BALLS! My level is 250 and I feel good. When I train and get results at 62, it's me and me alone! And I have energy! Training for 25 years is hardly a long time. I've been training for nearly 50 years!
ОтветитьIt's known that natural testosterone levels decrease as of around the age of 35 for males. What if you are a 55 year old man and you just want to up your levels to maybe what they were in your early 40's???? NOT huge doses to make you a body builder, but just about the same levels as let's say your 40's. Is that bad??? Are the small doses dangerous? What about TRT for older men??? Not 20 year olds, but men who's natural levels have substantially decreased. What about that situation? Curious what your thoughts are. PS....Obviously that would be in conjunction with a regular fitness workout plan, and a proper diet.
ОтветитьHey there! I'm a bit late to the party, but perhaps I can get some insight about the TRT I just started from you guys and see if it was a reasonable choice... I'm 24 years old. Been consistently lifting and properly dieting for about 20 months now, which isn't really that long, but the results have been good. I'm 5.10 feet tall and currently weigh 189 lbs at 15% body fat percentage. 20 months ago I was 170 lbs at 20% body fat. I've had significant growth on my arms, back, calves, and chest. However, for all the process, I've had low testosterone symptoms, with very low libido and less vigorous erections. I tested my hormones when I was about 4 months into the gym, and my T levels were 260 ng, which I know is pretty low. Still, I decided to give myself a year of training and a healthy lifestyle, with vitamin supplements and plenty of sunlight to see if it improved. It ended up being a bit more than a year, and about a month ago (so after 19 months of lifting weights) I had my hormones and overall state checked. T was 290, so no real improvement. I went to an endocrinologist who suggested to get into TRT. I agreed and 2 days ago I took my first testosterone injection (250mg). The treatment will consist of regular injections, taken every 3 weeks with blood checkups every 2 to 3 months. I must recognize that, even though it was suggested by a doctor and I do have low T, I'm a bit scared. I don't want to fuck up my health just to get lean mass faster, which let's be honest, was one of the reasons that made me excited to take the treatment. Should I rethink this whole thing? I feel like it isn't too late.
ОтветитьI’m 33 and been lifting and taking care of myself since I was in high school. I’ve had to look into trt because my testosterone levels are low and nothing I’m doing is bringing it up naturally. If I can’t get it up to a normal range I will have more health risks staying natural.
ОтветитьI’m really needing help bulking cheaply. I have a lot of debt I’m paying off but I want to bulk but food is so expensive right now. Can someone help me?
ОтветитьYeh like Jeff is walking around year round for how many years with single digit bodyfat at what 50 years old completely natural. My arse he is.
ОтветитьStay natty ❤
ОтветитьThanks for this video!
ОтветитьPeptides are good bro
ОтветитьI like this video. TRT is a horror. It doesn't treat the causes, it just covers them up, and of course there are all the side effects.People should be taught why their testosterone levels are low and how to normalise them.
ОтветитьI’m 28 and the doctors just told me I’ve got primary testicular failure but won’t prescribe trt because my t is in the normal range.
Ugl for lifetime for me
Americans love easy ways out via drugs instead of hard work.
ОтветитьShould YOU Start Taking TRT? I'm in my late 60's and workout 4 days a week and perform cardio 3 days a week. I was suffering from many of the Low T Symptoms. Brain Fog, Mood Changes, Fatigue & Loss of Vitality! Libido was not an issue. Since staring on T all of my symptoms have disappeared.
ОтветитьI've been a natural bodybuilder for over 50 years. I have a great physique that gets a lot of attention. Most people can't believe how old I am. I'm now 70. I have been experiencing more and more brain fog along with loosing sleep. My free test is around 3.2pg. It should be between 6 to 16. So my doctor is sending me to see an endocrinologist. I might be going on TRT for my health, not of my physique. I love the way I look at 70 natural.
ОтветитьI am 32 years old and for the last 1 year my testosterone level is 1-3 nano gram/ milligram and I am very mentally and physically disturbed. The doctor told me to undergo TRT 6 months ago and at that time I thought that I should recover naturally by some other means but I could not do so and when I went to the doctor now, he refused to do TRT therapy and sent me home by giving me anti depression tablets. Please tell me what should I do now? Please help
ОтветитьIm 51 yers and I take TRT 4 years ago and Im very happy with it ❤
ОтветитьI need help I am a 21 year old my doctor has diagnosed me with low testosterone which is somewhere in the 200s I’ feel tired and low energy all day and I’ve been feeling this for months I don’t know what to do
Ответитьporn and masturbation is the single most detrimental thing you can do to your testosterone and dopamine levels. wake up people. trt is a result of weak men.
ОтветитьWorking out to get bigger naturally is not worth it when u are a hard gainer
I was 23 benching 360 and i looked like i benched 225
I’m considering doing it because I got bloodwork done and my t levels are stupid low (low 300s) and was advised it may be beneficial to get it up to average, and idk how to do that without getting on TRT. It’s not just for muscle and strength, but life in general. I have less confidence and very little sex drive
ОтветитьStay natural warriors
ОтветитьI’ve been on anti depressants since the age of 15, pumped full of adderal as a teenager, and struggled with energy levels and muscle growth my entire life. I decided to get my test levels checked last year after an older co worker started it. At 26 my levels were lower than his even at 42. The last year since I’ve been taking testosterone has been the best year of my life. I’ve put on the most muscle in my life, I can focus better, sleep better, and I’ve finally stopped taking my anti depressants.
My advice to young people is it’s okay to get it tested and looked at, just be responsible and accompany it with a strong diet and a solid workout plan and let yourself do the work, using the TRT as an avenue to improve yourself.
@athleanx I do have a question for you. I do have hypogonadism (did all the tests for it) and I am 40yo. I have been strugling to gain weight for the past 3 years. After seeing this video of yours I'm secong guessing going on TRT. Yes, I was thinking of it as a shortcut, since I cannot bulk no matter what. What would you say?
ОтветитьTons of lazy quitters in the US.
ОтветитьWhat about a 41 yr with 1 nut due to cancer? Ive raised it naturally but not enough. Heavily contemplating trt
ОтветитьThanks for the video. Your right I haven’t even tried yet. I’ll think about trt after a few years of training and a legit diet.
ОтветитьSo you’re saying a 60 year old plus man working out not seeing results after consistent lifting with a semi ok diet shouldn’t take TRT?
Ответитьbut it's the plastics man! Folks now have a million reasons as to why they have low T.... And they tell everyone how great they feel and how they make more money now that they are on TRT and started at 30 something. Marketing to a bunch of guys who are pussies and spent the last 10 years not trying hard enough, bouncing around from internet workout meme to meme rather then just shutting the heck up and putting in the work. We are becoming a ball-less society. Literally.
ОтветитьWhat is your numbers pal.
ОтветитьMy problem with taking TRT is that I don’t wanna get bigger muscles. I’ve outgrown my wardrobe many times but now in my 50s my wardrobe is amazing and I don’t wanna outgrow it. I’m considering TRT for my mood, energy level, and depression. I’ve lost my desire to do anythingand I don’t like that. So for me, it’s not about the exterior and having a greater physique. But if it gives me the energy to get up and go and get in the gym, get out and do things the number off for it.
ОтветитьI think its great people like Jeff make these public service announcement, for the greater good. These abuse to chemically enhanced one's physique is by and large an on-going pandemic and should be fought on all fronts
ОтветитьI am 51 been on TRT for a few months now. Been life changing for me -- biggest impacts are not even related to physical changes. I think your comments are a bit misleading -- you say the word alternative when you should be saying supplemental. I am not using TRT as an alternative to working out, eating right and getting rest -- I am already doing that.
ОтветитьI'm 24 years old and in the best shape of my life, been training since I was 16 and after 8 years of consistent training, I have a lean muscular physique with 6 pack abs all natural. Now keep in mind I worked my fuckin ass off for it, constant dieting, 5-6 days / week for years straight and 6 workout journals tracked and recorded all 100 days each. It's not easy and not meant to be but as a natural lifter, I look in better shape than 99% of the people on the planet. Now i'm no where like those social media steroid monkeys juicing to their death but as far as fitness and health go, i'm in the top 1-3% of people on earth. 180lbs lean 5'9 kinda like Zac Efron baywattch. Fitness is meant to keep you disciplined and fit, not slowly poison yourself in the process. For most regular people with jobs n shit not trying to compete, doing all this extra shit to fit in or look good is just a reflection of your insecurities. The gym isn't supposed to be this complicated with drugs and shit. Just show up a for a hour, do your workout, eat healthy and stay consistent. That's all you need. Stop looking at social media as a basis of reality

Most of these steroid influencers you see aren't going to be alive 20 years from now.
ОтветитьI’ve been on TRT for nearly a decade, however I had cancer and don’t really have a choice in the matter.
ОтветитьIts also huge for the transgender people abusing drugs instead of mental freatment 😢 not just for body builders
