Very good review again, when do you stop? 🙂 Also very good that you mentioned the Chord Mojo 1 and 2 to compare with. I have the Mojo 1 so for me it's perhaps not so worthwhile to buy perhaps. First a good headphone for me. I use my Mojo's as a dac in a laptop-system for a long time and I love it. so this is not a dac so it's not comparable right?

And yes don't buy extra's listen to him! 🙂

If you need some muses02 anyway you get two for the price of one when you buy from digikey or mouser. They could be fake of course.

Thanks for great review! Have few questions What kind of dac did you use? Fully balanced? Have you tried different dac chip types (ess, akm, r2r) to match op amps? Matching DAC/amp can be tricky, even more if you switch headphones around. Your type A op amp had issus with volume on hd600 or planar HP aswell? Did it actallt makeingo case while closed (those op amps are quite big in height). I guess you can get more info for us with you next test video, will wait it for sure!

Ok. I bought it and thank you now. It is really amazing with Akliam LC5 op-amps. I am so impressed that i just ordered another one of these amps to experiment with further. I do have some amps which are several times the price of this one and I would not say this is „better“ but it brings something special to the table - especially for my harder to drive headphones like the HE6se v2 and the HEDDphone(1). But the others like my Arya Organic or Meze109 also show an interesting character with this amp. So thank you again for the recommendation and for clarifying the very old issues still dominating the forum entries for it.

I'm going to listen with the default Opams first, before upgrading to the EAKLIAM LC5 class A discrete opamps. In the video you warn that "If you want to replace the Opams, you first have to check the polarity to find out where 'Pin One' is". I have no idea how to determine that. Special measuring equipment required? There will be a video on the LC5 opamp later. Could you briefly show how to find 'Pin One' in this forthcoming follow-up video? That would be very helpful.

Just arrived i love, extremely small bit of cross talk between inputs very very very minor issue its not like it will be hooked up to 2 anyways lol. Also would be nice to have abt 10% more volume in low gain but again small issue.thanks for the rec really nice deal

I Had and returned Topping A30 Pro cause it didn't bring performance improvement for the price I paid from my NX4 DSD headphone amp. Im GLUED currently to my desktop with E600 and I can't escape, can't drink cant really go anywhere. Im stuck. BRO WHAT HAPPENED, What I am in recording studio really what. Im listening, to everything. And everything brings something I never heard. I have akliam LC5 in my fosi Audio BT20PRO that I wanted to move to E600 cause Im using dartzeel for speakers. But now, Why would I when music is so good. Everything is so great bro. You review can change lives. Don't stop buying whole aliexpress, some people after death or next life will bring you the same value you give others. Or even in this life. You might outgrow that old AudioScienceReview stuffs once people stop being afraid losing money on music and aliexpress. Cheap audio man ? Gone. Im listening, to the same music as always I did. Hi! I have a HifiMan HE400SE and I was wondering which version you would recommend (there are now 3: JRC5532DD , MUSE8820 and MUSE02) for them? Or should I look at something like the TOPPING DX3 Pro+ or its budget rival Hidizs S9 PRO? Thanks!!!

Hi - Couple of questions if you please: You say this drives Hifiman HE6SE v2 perfectly with its 1.5 watts per channel, but Hifiman says they should have a minimum of 2W (per channel?), and most people recommend 3 or 4. I was thinking of trying Xduoo's nifty little 2W hybrid MT-604 with the HE6, but thought it wouldn't be enough power (2W pc into 32 ohms). ? Also, how would this be to drive Verum 1 mk2? There are very limited specs on Aliexpress. I found more info on Alibaba, but I don't trust it: First of all, it says power output is "1500 megawatts" - I don't THINK so! It also says the amp is suitable for 32 to 600 ohm headphones in one place, but that the load impedance is 6 to 300 ohms in another place. Can you clarify? Thanks!

My E600 arrives and I'm very impressed with the sound of my Ananda Nano pared with this and my Gustard R26 DAC. I just use a little Dac/amp dongle for a couple of months with the his phone and I'm very grateful to this channel for hot tip E600.
The LC5's will late some more to arrive and I'm waiting for some improvement but for now I'm happy.
