ОтветитьThank you Dr. Berg. Very precise. I love your videos.❤
ОтветитьThank you Doctor. They diagnosed me years ago with osteoporosis. I’m 65. I don’t take anything but supplements but I don’t take calcium. Going to listen to you. I really believe you’re what you call a real doctor. Thank you.
ОтветитьWhat if you have a lower bone density due to chemotherapy?
ОтветитьAslam o alaikum,Dr berg am protein allergic and developing weak bones, any diet suggestion for me plz
ОтветитьI have been taking Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 for over 9 months and I just had a Bone Density Scan and the Doctor told me I have osteoporosis. How could this happen ? Can someone help me understand this? The pharmacist told me to take calcium citrate and that’s what I have been taking for the last couple of weeks. There is an injection that you get every 6 months to help build up your bones. I read the SIDE EFFECTS and I’m not taking that injection!!!
ОтветитьAnyone heard of calcium lactate, is it good or bad?
ОтветитьLately I started taking d3 with k2. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьI found the product NU-SALT( calcium chloride....recommended for people with high blood pressure in place of salt) found with the salt in supermarkets.....helped the twitching under my right eye, that started after I had a mild form of shingles on the right side of my face!
ОтветитьHi,Dr Berg,I don't eat cheese, milk, I take one calcium 380mg/day,magnesium, zinc,k,will be ok?
ОтветитьI'm confused, you say swiss chard has a very potent inhibitor of calcium called oxalates. And oxalates block the absorption of calcium. So how is swiss chard good for osteoporosis.
ОтветитьTHANK YOU DOCTOR! BLESSINGS TO YOU AND YOURS.
ОтветитьGood morning Dr Berg!
I’ve just been diagnosed with Osteoporosis… I’m only 55, my mother had it, I had early menopause and had my thyroid removed at 18, I’ve been on levithyroxine for all this time, the dr said my bones are like egg shells I’m freaking out! I have a lot of anxiety, and have lost a lot of weight in the last 6 months I’m very thin, I was working out and eating quite well the dr wants to give me the needle but I’ve herd bad things! I’m so glad I’ve come here, I’m still confused as to what I should be eating and taking I haven’t taken any calcium, I do take d3 4000 a night with magnesium, I will definately get some k2 with D3! I do eat alot of beans and beets and spinach I will definitely cut them back and add raw cheese? What is the difference between raw cheese and regular cheese? I love cheese! I also have horrible sleep I don’t have a problem going to sleep but I have a problem staying asleep, I’m really scared about my bones! I’ve had 3 fractures now and I’m worried about getting my bones stronger I don’t know what and how I should take the D3 k2 and when and how much? And foods high in oxilatse how much to eat of that? I’m so confused…. Please help. Xx
How long does it take to replenish a calcium deficiency ?
ОтветитьThis video had some information about bone that was new to me…I consume raw dairy and was worrying about too much phosphorus. To learn that phosphorus was good for human bones (not just calves’ bones) was reassuring. I am 73 and work out three times a week with weights and treadmill, so I’m pretty sure my bone health is good, but it’s always good to get a little reassurance, and I know that bone is constantly being broken down and remade. I knew to take K2 with CoQ10, but not how it works with D3 to help with bone formation. I’m basically animal-based, so I get plenty of protein and fat, but I still eat some fruit, mostly raspberries with breakfast.
I am always finding something new in videos from you and others. Thanks! ❤
I was 50 when my bone density test said I was well past osteopeoenia, had full blown osteoporosis. I had a hysterectomy at 34 after I bled out after my third childbirth (NO Cesareans!) then lost an ovary two years later. My bone loss was because of my LOSS OF ESTROGEN. Period. No doctor would give me hormone replacement because although I was at almost zero risk of breast cancer, they were covering their butts. Here I am at 61 and dead from the waist down, sexually, and my bones are creaky and nobody will help me. I needed ESTROGEN, and it was DENIED me.
ОтветитьShare what helps skip the fear inducing scare poop 💩
ОтветитьCalcium strengthens the grip of teeth to the gums. The carbination(CO2) in soda pops, cola's etc, leaches the calcium from the bones over time and frequent drinking. I met a girl who drank mountain dew everyday since she was 4 years. At 23 years old she lost all her teeth and she was wearing dentures. She was a coworker of mine. True story.
ОтветитьDr. Berg saved me!
ОтветитьCalcium deficiency is not a long term risk for osteoporosis, so I can prolonged fast.
ОтветитьMy phosphorus is low… I’ve broken like 12 bones,
ОтветитьНаконец-то, нашёлся человек, который говорит всю правду о кальции! Спасибо, доктор Берг!
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьMy doctor recommended I take calcium 2 times a day when I was diagnosed with osteopenia. When my next bone scan showed I was moving closer to Osteoporosis, they upped my calcium to 3 times a day. I subsequently developed AFIB as my calcium, magnesium and potassium levels were so out of whack. I have since started taking D3/K2 twice a day and no calcium at all. I take magnesium 2 pills in the morning and one at night. Anytime I have an AFIB event, (rarely now) I drink your electrolyte mix and within 30 minutes my AFIB ends. Thank you for all the information that you pass on to us.

ОтветитьI have osteoporosis. I calculated that I need 106 grams of protein each day: 157 lbs. X .45 X 1.5= 106 grams. Am I ingesting too much protein? I drink milk, eat yogurt. No problem with enough calcium.
