Hi Suyash Just wanted to ask you about Biometrics if the principal applicant has already given the Biometrics in past for temporary visa and it's still valid. Will i again need to pay for the Biometric fees? For the Spousal application?

Thank you so much for what you do. I've been watching your videos. I'm about to sponsor my spouse and we have two children. So we are family of four. I have a fulltime minimum wage job. Do I have to still show POF for family of four using the express entry POF table? Or will paystub and reference from my employer be enough?

Curious, would you happen to have an idea what documents would be required if the sponsor is self employed in Canada?

My husband filled for inland spousal sponsorship app in Canada in nov 22 it is returned asking us to submit wid CRA documents ,NOA n option C tax returns docs but my husband is new PR (5months) in Canada hv not filled his taxes as yet can v re submit with latest pay stubs n employment letter along with letter if explanation as y v can't provide CRA documents as hv not filled taxes yet plz guide. i was on social assistance and i stopped taking it on January 25th .. so will i be able to sponsor? i have letter says i’m no longer receiving OW and i will submit that .. when it is asking about sponsors employment history, on IMM 5532 I put unemployed and social assistance. is it okay?

He's working for a Canadian organization online for less than a year now but he's not physically in Canada right now. hi right now my sponsor is unemployed but, he's been in Canada for 10 years.... do i tick the box he's working in Canada since he got NOA from past 5 yrs or tick not working since he's unemployed at the moment?

Can we only show the total amount of savings/ history (ex: 20K total) we had not the bank of statement (ex: all transactions from May-Sep) showing the transactions?

Great content! Please what would you advice concerning proof of fund in the situation that the sponsor is unemployed but the sponsored person (applicant) is employed for 3-4 years and has savings. Is it acceptable that the applicant transfers money into the sponsors account to show proof of fund or what is the best approach in this situation? Bearing in mind that we do not have a joint account and was told that she alone cannot open a joint account for both of us in canada. Your advice would be greatly appreciated. Can the proof of funds shown as sponsor’s savings (around $10000)+ sponsor’s proof of income and regular income+ joint account with spouse in India + savings/fd of spouse in Canada ? can someone clear this?!
