You see this guy's character model later on in the church, where he's one of the guys torturing Mary. Creepy thing is that after he kills Mary, he seems to actually stare silently in Blake's direction for a few moments before leaving. It's almost like he knows Blake's there, but for some reason he doesn't want to get caught.
