It's been a year now. I do like that Valve is looking so far ahead, but the immediate experience has suffered too much wrt to CS2. With subtick and other various fundamental changes, I have no way of knowing whether those features will ever actually reach parity with CSGO at the end of its life. People didn't expect CS2 to beat out the GO experience within a year of launch but it's still not even close and even the pro players are starting to get more vocal about it

one thing that i LOVE about steam: they dont change things for the shake of changing. steam looks really the same just as steam in 2015 for example. i love this man. the god of the gods.
