Like you said, it is good now...congrats...have a nice holiday...
ОтветитьYou did a pretty good job with the mower keep up with your great videos ❤
ОтветитьHello from Nebraska. You are doing an amazing job Zoe. Not afraid to tackle anything. Nothing wrong with looking at You Tube Videos for help. We all do. Keep up the good work!
ОтветитьI so very much enjoy your content, refreshing and honest. Your Dad needs to be on more often
ОтветитьGood on you for learning some maintenance. You got a good teacher in JD and it benefit you to learn all you can from him. Some day you will be all on your own.
ОтветитьI think your life would be easier if you get a long handled ratchet, extendable ratchet or use a cheater pipe to get more leverage. You will pinch yourself slipping off a nut and not be happy. Good luck.
ОтветитьDon’t worry about be efficient as long as you learned something it’s a success.
ОтветитьYou did good Zoe!…don’t worry about efficiency as much as accuracy and thoroughness….your learning curve right now is vertical…you know more now than when you backed it in the barn. That’s what counts…
ОтветитьI’d love to see a continued repair and maintenance series Zoe! Hope you had a great weekend!
ОтветитьWhen the video started I was like you can do this and that and as the video went on it was like you where reading my mind lol 😂 one thing I’ve learned is only a couple pumps in wheel hubs to much and you lose the dust covers
ОтветитьThe more you do the more you learn keep it up Zo ❤
ОтветитьHey zoe.hows it going..so those mowers are relatively easy to work on..the slip clutch are not bad to service..you need to take off the pro shaft.usually help on with a bolt..remove the main one and you will see a circle of springs your manual will tell you what length they are supposed to be may have to tighten them up..and as far as grease goes I use ep grease on everything and your good..
ОтветитьSo whip the dip stick on a clean rag and look for metal filings..and the oil should not be milky or anything..
Ответить.... when your mowing lay your hand on the box to check the temp and compare to the other boxes to tell if ones running hot without a drain suction is used to remove contaminated lube .. defiantly an "A" for effort Ms Kent ..!
ОтветитьYou do well so I hope you give yourself credit. Life long learning is a great source of happiness.
ОтветитьLearning is all about trial and error, you didn't do anything that all of us haven't at one time or another. I'm impressed that you want to learn as much as you can because it helps you down the road when brakes and you have an understanding of what needs done to fix it. I think you did a pretty good job and it'll it get easier each time you do it.👍
ОтветитьHave those new seals made a difference yet that you can tell?
ОтветитьI support you!
ОтветитьGood job Zoe
ОтветитьGear oil always smells horrible. Check the PTO shaft that you put the new shield on and make sure the universal joints on both ends are lined up or match. You want the ears of the universal joints to be in the same position. JD probably checked it but if they're not matching it could bind up and cause a big issue. It's easy to mess up the alignment when you take one apart like that. Good work getting it ready for next year
