I’ve had huge problems with Everlane customer service. I want to love them but have had numerous problems. No phone number to call, you just have to wait weeks for them to return your email, meanwhile they’ve charged your credit card and you received zero items. They’ve been reported to the BBB by many customers as well.

Could you take a look at Shosh? Its pretty pricey but I love their business model. Their items are made in the USA of imported, sustainable fabric. The style is pretty edgy but I love it.

I'm so looking for the effortless clean minimalist (but modern) capsule for petites especially for the workplace, but these top seem so boxy these days. And on occasion, I like some color and patterns too. Can both a minimalist capsule work with color and patterns?
