Isolating the cryogenerator from the dewar
Steps:
1. ENSURE POWER HAS BEEN OFF FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS PRIOR TO DOING ANY MAINTENANCE THAT REQUIRES OPENING ANY ORIFICE ON THE CRYOGENERATOR
2. Close valves from the cryogenerator to the dewar (remove any insulation if applicable)
3. PURGE THE HIGH PRESSURE HELIUM FROM INSIDE THE CRYOGENERATOR
4. Remove the hex nuts from the clamps that hold the lines to the condenser head. IT would be wise to ensure that the pressure in the Dewar does not exceed 4 bar (PT40.02)
5. Remove the lines from the condenser head. At this point, the cryo is completely isolated from the dewar, but you can NOT JUST START OPENING ANYTHING OR ATTEMPTING TO TAKE NUTS/OPEN SWAGE, ETC. See the next video.
