3Cs Rule of Communication for Remote Teams

Remote work vs office has it own set of challenges. If you work in a remote team or virtual setup, following this 3Cs Rule of Communication and help you stand out from the get noticed. Here are the 3Cs:

1. Confirmation:
Provide an immediate confirmation that you are in receipt of the message/task/email sent your way.

2. Commitment:
As soon as possible, provide an estimated turnaround time for completion/deliver.

3. Closure:
Do not forget to provide the closure after completing/providing/delivering whatever you were asked for.

Oh and avoid this Cardinal Sin at all cost:
Google it before you ask someone.
