Also, they only take one student from one geographical area like only one from east Africa. To increase your chances you better apply early, Google toefl, and a nice admission essay (3-5 pages)

I think Berea college is test-optional and it is mentioned on their website, so submitting ACT or SAT score is not a must however you should submit at least one of those following test scores to them to be considered for the application : ACT, SAT , TOEFL, IELTS or Duolingo

you couldn't pay me enough to go to Kentucky, especially Berea! It is in the middle of nowhere, with absolutely nothing to do in the area. No transportation, no stores, no attractions nearby!

-The odds of getting struck by lightning in the USA during one's lifetime = 1 in 15,300 (0.000065%)
-The odds of getting accepted into Berea University ('s free-tuition) for international students = 30 in 15,000 (0.002%)
*conclusion: 0.002% > better chance than > 0.000065% ,but both are much less than 1% chance = waste of time
