with bellingham gone they sorely need a midfield playmaker and reyna is by far their best choice. we just need to, like, flex seal both his legs for the whole season and he'll get all the minutes.

Skill. Creativity. Flair. Tenacity (going forward). He's got these skills in abundance. I think that the last two USMNT matches showed that he can be the hub around which our offense flows. (He's also shown that he's willing to put in more effort defensively, too.) I can't wait to see how he (and Dortmund) react after losing Bellingham. This is certainly Reyna's time to shine.

He's got the talent to be an American Zidane. But he's got to get his head straight and grow up. I'm really heartened by what I'm seeing from him this spring. It feels like for the first time he's giving 100% out there.
