First I find 3 multi-beneficial interest with attraction then If I want a partner, I'll qualify them and I'll apply a partnership-onboardingprocess.
Ответитьhaving a CRM helps this process SO much. Honeybook has been my lifesaver!
ОтветитьThanks!
ОтветитьProcess is too Long.
ОтветитьThis is great! Thank you for sharing 🥂
ОтветитьDo you use a set list of preliminary questions BEFORE the discovery call? What would those be?
Ответить1,000th like! WOOOOOOOOOT
ОтветитьWhat are red flags that a brand isn’t for someone?
ОтветитьI came here so desperate for the information but I ended up staring at her beautiful peaceful face! Something is so pleasing when you just stare at her , and I am saying this with totally good intention. I had to watch the video again to get the information I needed, but realized after all that I did it again looking at her intensely as she was joyfully talking!
Here we go again @alexcattoni I am watching the video for the third time and I promise you that i’ll get through it this time 😁🤟🏻
awesome and useful video
ОтветитьWow, that was helpful, insightful, and practical information. Thanks!😀👍👍
ОтветитьI just found your video! My question, on the follow up proposal, how do you end the email to ask if they are on board and agree to hire you? How do you ask them that to make them respond if they will move forward with you? Not sure if you will ever see my comment, I didn't realize this was a year ago LOL
ОтветитьWe need not to go to any other channel after getting insights from you Alex ❤
ОтветитьThank you 🙇🏻♂️
ОтветитьThis is so helpful. I used to have clients return a signed copy of the proposal in their acceptance e-mail as proof of agreement but following up the proposal with a service contract is so much more professional.
Plus, I once got burned by a scope creep client this way who never paid and I was so embarrassed I had hopped to his every whim including almost as dozen extra drafts for such a small fee anyway, that I never pursued it - it was during the month I started my LLC. It wouldn’t have been worth hiring legal help to get payment at the nominal fee I charged him, so I just let it go and prayed for the guy - who thought a lot of himself as a local businessman - that his attitude would offer him a valuable lesson someday.
Nightmare clients are the reason I started the LLC, to protect myself and project the value of my work. It functions as a freelance business, but protects other assets and may give me room to grow if I decide to scale it to an agency, school, or training center at some point in the future.
Love your discovery call video and vids like this that go beyond inspiration and give info on structuring the biz. So grateful!
ОтветитьPls will I do all this in one call, or I will book a call five times with the client, also if I am booking a call five times with them is it not me taking much of there time
ОтветитьIn my case I get paid FIRST. Before a lot of these steps. But STILL this is very helpful even though my order of steps will be way different. Thanks!
ОтветитьThis was great :)
ОтветитьFor the discovery call do you use an app to record the call and if so what recommendations do you have?
ОтветитьAnother helpful video! Especially when you said that we need to set a call to explain the proposal and not just send it to them 🙌🏻💗
Hope you can make a video about how to attract your dream clients 🥺💗
Hi Alex! I'm confused between FOLLOW-UP and PROPOSAL. Is that in one email only? Or do I need to wait for a client to respond to my follow-up email before I send the proposal? Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks so much for this, Alex!
I'm curious... once you're done with the branding call and now off to doing some research for the brand/business' ideal client, how do you make target market research easier and quicker?
Super duper helpful tips! Awesome vid Alex. Keep killing it!
ОтветитьI’m getting stuck with how to communicate, understand and get the project from clients. You cut the ground under my feet, Alex. Your video’ve helped me gain more confident and get closer to clients. I really love ur videos, thank you so much.
ОтветитьGreat video! Exactly what I needed. Many thanks for the help, as always!
ОтветитьThese were really great tips. Thank you for sharing. I needed this the most.
ОтветитьWow...loved those tips. Thanks for sharing 😊
ОтветитьThis is sooo incredibly helpful! Thank you
ОтветитьAlex, your advice and guidance is GOLD, like always ❤️🙏😊
ОтветитьPls make a video on "how to find clients!"
ОтветитьWonderful wonderful video
ОтветитьThis is very valuable, thanks so much
ОтветитьIn summary, the 5-steps to onboard client like a pro are:
1. Have a discovery call - make sure you and your prospects align
2. Follow up with a highly personalized email
3. Proposal - outline pricing and timing in a call
4. Send the contract
5. Branding call- get to know your clients brand💯
Do you not close them on the discovery call?
ОтветитьSuper great video Alex, not even 4mins in and my sticky notes are transferring to my notebook. So much knowledge and value given already and not even half way through the video. That Discovery call is very powerful.
ОтветитьHola! Thank you Alex for giving such a clear and actionable on-boarding process. Would it be better to add a questionnaire for the clients to fill as a step before branding process to give the clients time to present a more thoughtful and clear answer to the foundational questions?
Also a few weeks ago you had asked on a poll which of the 3-4 brand storytelling types do we prefer. It would be very helpful if you could make a video doing in depth about each of them.
Hi! I’ve been watching your stuff for a while and thought I’d say thank you. Keep it up, you are doing great and I really appreciate your content. It’s been super helpful!
ОтветитьCool
ОтветитьReally needed this 😁😁😁 thanks 😊
ОтветитьLove u ♥
