paneer tikka recipe | recipe of paneer tikka on tawa | how to make dry paneer tikka

I tried this recipe and very disappointed bcoz all paneer started broken after marination even at frying tava it's gets broken into pieces. Very disappointed ☹️

It tastes more good if you keep a coal inside a bowl by adding butter and cover the marination for 1 minute.
It turns out more great😋

I tried this recipe but unfortunately the paneer got stick to the pan nd I had to remove it from the skewers nd the dish came out as scrambled paneer masala mix 😂

We followed this recipe given in hebbars kitchen website in a barbecue and it was very tasty. As it was our first doing a barbecue on a beach, it took us an hour to set up fire.

Ginger Garlic - One tsp
Ajwain - One-Fourth tsp
Besan - Two tsp
Lemon Juice - 1tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1tsp
Onions, Red Capsicums and Green Capsicum.

How much gram of panner is used
