Honestly I realized I didnt ultimately want my ex back half way through your no contact break up video. The whole idea that I was wanting someone who didn't want me, couldn't communicate honestly and sober, and treated me like annoying dog crap she stepped in. But then I still feel loneliness and nostalgia for the rare good times.
