Sühring, a Bangkok restaurant, has been open for over 6 years and has evolved into something truly unique. Initially, it was a German cuisine infused with Sührings' memories and executed with modern technique. And as we have been told it's now "Sühring" cuisine.

Sühring has been given one Michelin star since 2016 or the opening year and was awarded the second star since 2018. We can tell how passionate they are by dining at their amazing restaurant. And well of course! you can anticipate exceptional results in the food.

Chef Thomas and Mathias have both lived in Thailand for many years, cultivating and leading the food scene in Bangkok, Thailand and definitely ranked among the best chefs in ASIA!
