Some Zambians who have failed to go to school say alot of things including those claiming to be journalists also arenpart of failures, they don't do research before they convine the meeting,,
They were never qualified,, reach the requisites qualification,, and nit one as ps, they sold our independence of the judicially,, just that allowing of ecl to stand was wrong, they were not supposed to have allowed Edgar to stand and the chief justice that time refused to swore in ecl in 2016,, these three should have resigned there on,, ecl installed himself on us,, no political hands,, these are bad judges

The head of state was merely carrying out his constitutional duties bestored on him by our constitution to fire the 3 constitution judges based on the JCC recommendations, it is the head of state who appoints the judges, and can fire them when he deems it fit, those question ing this move must re read the republican constitution especially on the section that talks about the powers of the president.

The president can only act on recommendations from the JCC. He cannot dismiss any judge without recommendations. The judges will be fine. They can continue running their chambers or even seek high profile jobs abroad.
