The best budget lens for the Nikon Z6II! - Viltrox 85mm f1.8 Z Lens Photoshoot & Review!

The best budget lens for any current FF Z camera is the Z 24-70 f4 grey market. There is not more bang for the buck, optical quality, range of use, size, weight, etc., than with that lens. The Z 16-50 is also a pretty fantastic lenses for its price and compactness/lightness.

Can you do another video talking more about the FJ400 with different softboxes/umbrellas? I noticed you used both in your videos.

Another excellent video! I'm eventually going to go with the native S line 85mm. However, I still might give this one a look before making my purchase. I have the Tamron 85 1.8, and as you know, I have to use the FTZ mount adaptor. It just doesn't seem to autofocus consistently. Beautiful model, lighting, and posing are on point! Once again, thanks for sharing.

What difference is between nikkor 85mm f1.8g vs viltrox 85mm f1.8? Used nikkor 85mm is around 300€ maybe even 250€ and used ftz adapter is between 150-200€. Nikkor lens with ftz adapter is 400-500€ similar price to viltrox 85mm. But I would like to know what do you think which is better?

Thanks for sharing and great job. How would the Viltrox stack up the Samyang 85mm. I know that the Samyang is Manual Focus, but I am more interested in image quality. I would like budget 85mm, but I am concern that for an extra $300 (in 2024), maybe the Nikkor is the way go.
