Why You Should Sell Printable Art

Melanie Thank you so much for this video! What really concerns me is that people download printables on Etsy and the sell it as their own work on internet, and its really difficult to track them. But so many times you can see your own artwork pinned as someone else's product on Pinterest for example, and then you have to go after them to take it down or report it to pinterest. How do you deal with this? How do you choose which design to sell as printables and which not?

I only have a few downloadable pieces. Should I try and get a larger number of items before opening a shop/store or is it OK to open the store and just add items as I go? What is a good number of items to start with? Thank you for the great video!

When doing the downloaded art.... The one they get to download after they pay, do you have your signature on it? Do you hide your signature anywhere? Or do you NOT sign the art at all b4 you scan it and offer it as a downloaded purchase??

Hi, liked your video. But have a question: What format u sell (jpeg/png)? And how u reduce the big jpeg without loosing the pixels? My jpeg of 4800x7200 is over 30MB! Im lost! I dont know how to down size without loosing quality for printing. Also should we use RGB colour???

Etsy is suspending seller account giving no reasons. They collected lot of personal data and did not let me continue my account. Very unethical practice.
