ОтветитьI guess I have a talent Bc in my early teenager years I was able to move my pecs- I never worked out, was chubby and apparently I was able to move them- sometimes I would move my man boobs to creep my friends out- Good times 👍

So basically u strengthen the chest 1 by 1 if u wanna do both strengthen all 2 at once but u need to have a developed chest to do it u cant be a skinny dude and expect to do it or a fat dude
