Did Chen Ruolin compete in the 2016 10m individual event? She was the twice defending champion from 2008 and 2012. I am not an expert but I personally think Chen performed best in 2008, especially the final dive that won her the gold. China has so many great divers. Last year, 2021, the duo Quan Hongchan and Chen Yuxi were even better than Chen Ruolin. We will see Chen Yuxi and Quan Hongchan again in the next Olympics.
