the South Korean car giant should introduce the facelifted KIA Seltos (SP2) 4WD + 1.0 in. Lift 1.4 Biturbo I4 5-Dr C-SUV (RHD) in India . . . the facelifted India specific KIA Seltos (SP2i) 4WD + 1.0 in. Lift 1.5 CRDI I4 5-Dr C-SUV (RHD) don't offer 4WD whatsoever, not even as an option . . . only the SP2 variant is available with 4WD as option . . . speaking of urban CUVs the Haval H6 MHEV (B30) 4WD + 1.0 in. Lift 2.0 Biturbo I4 5-Dr C-SUV (RHD) is best suited for Indian market . . .

What's with manufacturers providing those 18 inch tyres. Might look good but is not practical on our roads. 17 inch was already an overkill. Also these sizes are expensive too. 😢

It’s okay to talk about safety and I am not a Big kia fan. But I honestly don’t trust GNCAP. They have their own rules on the basis of which they declare some chassis unfit. Anyways Kia has faced enough trolling over years which lead to big drop in their sales. kia is such a big company and I am sure they won’t repeat the same mistake this time. because if it gets same rating this time, it will be completely washed from market. I had a word with some technical guys from Kia side. According to them, a good amount of Ultra strength steel has been added to support sunroof. This will be tested in Bharat NCAP. And 5 start is expected.

And at last. I have seen people who can’t afford it are criticising about safety. This is how they give excuse to themselves that they cannot buy it.

Nice review... Important question - How is the seat comfort on the GT line? Is the piping pattern seat comfortable for long drives? After looking at xline seat pattern and even patterns on lower spec variants, this one (piping pattern) seems uncomfortable. Please share your inputs

Rear collision assist feature has to be highlighted as it is a very important safety feature when parking cars in a building complex. Still doubtful from the safety point, because at 20lakhs it is crossing into Tata Harrier territory ❤

Just taken delivery of my 7dct GTX+ in the Pewter olive green shade...it looks fantastic...dark green black in the shade/dark but metallic bottle green in light/sunlight...drives much better than my earlier seltos too...

My favourite midsize SUV is the hyryder. But my family owns the Grand Vitara which is amazing as well. ❤

The car lacks safety ! Anything less than 4 NCAP is not worth the big amount one spends on these cars.

Review is good. However, the car's still a tin can. Indian Seltos is still built on SP2i platform and not SP2 platform which is meant for South Korea, US and other developed markets. Ill never buy a car that compromises with our safety for even 24 lakhs. A big NO to Kia tin cans.

Car looks fantastic. Kia's attention to detail is unmatched in the segment. The 1.5L TGDI DCT is the same one used in new Verna and is peppy and refined. Well done Kia!

I wonder why nobody is talking about KIA's shitty suspension. As an owner of a KIA Sonet GTX plus automatic for 2 years, pls dont go for it as it is severly bumpy, and your family will curse you. My friend has a Seltos, and it has the same effect (family cursing). Please dont go by the looks...from my experience, the looks defy.  Honestly, very bumpy ride. I wont recommend sonet or seltos. Im not sure about carens because i dont have experience.  Trust me guys, because I'm  talking from my experience. I'm proud of having a KIA, but my father keeps complaining that I was cheated by giving used up suspensions.  What do other kia owners think pls?

GT line with 0-100 in 9 seconds is a joke that only Indians appreciate
