It's always hard to prove that "Cold traffic" campaigns are necessary, especially video. Adding micro conversions and reporting them, as well as view-through conversions helps. Regarding the Click Share, your theory is correct :) It means that you got 80% of clicks from all of the auctions your ads competed in (both where your ads showed, and where the ad competed but did not show.)
