Thank you for inspiring not only the next generations, but also the previous ones, it's never too late😊
ОтветитьWOW .. what a GREAT video. I'm 63 and just retired. I'll be flying my Avid Magnum for FUN and recreation. Although I don't ever see myself getting a commercial license, I plan on getting a night and float rating and most likely a IFR rating.
My Magnum is not IFR equiped, and I may never fly IFR but I believe having that extra training and knowledge will make me a better and safer pilot.
One step at a time.
CYQT 👍🇨🇦👍
Please tell us how you earn money as a pilot to make it possible to fly such a nice aircraft you do
ОтветитьI'm a 20 yr old and have been living in Greece for the past two years. I have my PPL and am currently studying for my IFR. I'm going to be moving to Wyoming so I can continue my flight studies (because I can't fly in Greece). Do you have any advice on how to go about pursuing a career in aviation?
ОтветитьI love these vids please make more for ifr, multi etc
Ответить14? Got it 🐧
ОтветитьThanks for the video and there are some useful links in the description!
ОтветитьGreat video! Keep them coming. Thank you.
ОтветитьHey, I've been enjoying watching your channel for a while now. I'm interested in aviation and have been doing a good bit of research, however everything that I'm finding is US specific and being a Canadian, this isn't very helpful. To add to that, most of the information out there is for large airlines, I'm not very interested in large airlines due to the sacrifices you have to make and the time commitment. I'm curious in what your specific career niche is, is there any way to reach out to you with specific questions?
ОтветитьWhat plane do you fly. That's beautiful.
ОтветитьGreat video, Evan thanks 😊
ОтветитьHi, from which flying club did you train your CPL?
ОтветитьHey man do you have any tips and steps for getting your ppl im 14 are there any things i can do right now to get started im in canada
ОтветитьHow long did it take you to CPL? The cost? And what jobs can you get with it??
ОтветитьI would want to become an airline pilot but also I am thinking about free lancer. How much do you earn and how much do I need to get started on my freelancer business. I am very young but trust me I know loads (my dad teaches me)
ОтветитьToo many inaccuracies in this video, and attention to detail is an important quality for a safe pilot to possess.
1. You do not need a 1st Class medical. Many Commercial pilots have a 2nd Class or 3rd class, but that’s for employment purposes. To take the Commercial pilot check ride, I believe you can even be on Basic Med.
2. The 10 night take offs and landings must be at airports with an OPERABLE tower. Simple having a tower will not suffice, and many Class Ds revert to Echo or Golf at night.
3. The long X-country does NOT need to have one leg over 250 nm. My Cessna 150 can’t make it that far without depleting reserves. One point of the 3 needs to be 250 nm or more from the original point of departure.
4. 10 hours of TAA is not the only option. TAA may be combined with time in a Complex aircraft.
Perhaps a closer read through of 61.129 prior to posting would be appropriate? Not having these requirements water tight could result in a failed check ride before the oral portion can even begin.
Hey!! That's FQJ!!! Is that the 185 with an Allison turboshaft that's based at bakers narrows lodge IN Flin Flon MB?
ОтветитьWould love to know how you financed all of this flight time and ratings?
ОтветитьSince you had your multi before your CPL , did you had to do another comercial exam for multi cpl or did it transfer automatically like an add on?, I’m asking because I’m planning to get my multi before CPL.
ОтветитьHello please, what is the difference between the ATPL and CPL? Thanks.
Ответитьhey, im just wondering if you are employed or if you are a contractor pilot who must pay for all of your own recurrent training and accommodations?
ОтветитьWhen you said 250 hours total time I got scared. Working on my CPL in Canada and am working towards my 200 hours. I was worried TC changed the hour requirements on my. Turns out you were going over US requirements.
ОтветитьI wish you talked about the Canadian CPL requirements. I thought you would because you have a Canadian license. Don't we need at least 200 hours of flight time to get the CPL?
ОтветитьThose hours are FAA right: unless they've changed since I started my CPL training TC only requires 200 TT, and then all the accompanying internal hrs (100 PIC, 20 hrs instrument, 5 hrs night PIC, etc)
ОтветитьAbsolutely a superb video, Evan. 😊 Oh, by the way... I'm still reeling over that, 'Are we down yet?' landing in your last video! 🧈 Thank you for being such a positive and valuable resource! 😃
