The SEC filed the wrong papers in the wrong court! So it’s not judge Torres fault the SEC attorneys are uneducated. But I do hold ripple accountable too in part , because they knew which court it should be heard in and they knew what documents needed to be filed , they should have stopped the SEC from incorrectly filing. But maybe they didn’t know how badly the SEC messed up. Maybe the SEC is still determined to screw the US investors. And a class action is required. It’s a huge slap in the faces of the investors after waiting 4 plus years for this to end.
