I think you are underrating niv just a bit. I had it with firebrand archers and spitfire lagacs and it was awesome.

Is it just me or is Arena being annoying lately (like in the past 6 months or so) about only giving you one color of lands in your opening hand? Even on mulligans. It's nuts.

Could've been a much more fun UR deck with double thousand years storm and niv. 🤷‍♂️ wouldn't have risked another player taking blue and red spells either. Whole deck probably would've gotten better with 2 "worse" picks.

Niv Mizzet would have been pretty good in this deck.

Numot calling the card then drawing it will never get old

temur thousand year storm seems pretty feasible, gotta remember that the grow from the ashes card puts lands onto the battlefield untapped, so casting it as your third instant/sorcery in a turn takes functionally no mana, and anything past that makes it a ritual. plus it just ramps you into storm anyway
