Not really white was substituting the asauchi.. Ichigo can send souls to the soul society using his zanpakuto thats a solid proof of him being a real shinigami....

Ichigo didnt use his Quincy power as he cant use it in the first place becuz he's not a full blooded Quincy, and his Zanpakuto wouldnt work as it is if its his Quincy power, it would complete eradicate the Hollow and no way Rukia and Urahara wouldnt notice that, also he wouldnt be able to perform Konso or something and other Zanpakuto thingy.

The only possible thing that could have happened is that he used Rukia's zanpakuto as an Asauichi(a vessel thing to pour his own zanpakuto spirit)or White have acted as an Asauichi as White is made like an asauichi too, and thats how Espada have Zanpakuto.

Thats completly wrong. Ichigo was a soul reaper the entire time. Quincy zangetsu stated that "the power you were using until now was a fragment i was unable to surpress". Ichigo also didnt need an asauchi or more accuratly He already had one. The asauchi creater said that the hollow that bid his mother and Later became his zanpaktou was funally enough created using the same process He uses to create asauchis.

This makes me wonder what form ichigo's shikai would take if he got an asauchi and didn't form a zanpakuto himself. Would he get the dual swords from tybw or would he just get the long sword?

This was actually clarified in several forms, the way Aizen made white was layering shinigami souls upon one another, which is the same process that the creator of Asauchi used, except he just used souls, not specifically shinigami souls. Which means when Ichigos power manifested, he did in fact have a zanpakutou, however as we learned later on, it’s not his real one, and was a pale imitation.

Technically he have an asauchi up until byakuya break it while capturing rukia. From there, he never got a new one.
Also it's nice that zangetsu resembles yhwach sword although a lot simpler in shape, and it got closer after he got his fullbring power

This is ridiculous and inaccurate, Byakuya destroyed the power Rukia gave him and Kisuke helped him to wake up his soul reaper power, the hollow within him was made by Aizen using an Asauchi and had consumed many soul reapers.

He was a soul reaper who had no access to his full power because young Yhwach was suppressing it.

Old Man Zangetsu could NOT suppress all of White's powers, which was a Hollow created by Aizen, that attacked Ichigo's mother, using a derivative of Oetsu's method, of layering souls to create an Asauchi.

So, in a way, Ichigo always had at least small part of his Asauchi, it was not complete in any sense, because he didn't know about his Quincy heritage.

An interesting question arises too. Did Old Man Zangetsu also tap lightly from Ichigo's raw Fullbring potential, to fully manifest Ichigo's Shinigami appearance, before the final arc?
