Great video! I think you will find it easier to open the frozen container if you flip it and pull the bottom piece off instead of the lid.

If you put it together cut cut the sizes, then take them out abs place on a Shetland in the freezer without them touching. morning

This is awesome to see in action! King Arthur sells this as a cookie dough freezing tray and charges $35 for it. I've been intrigued for a while.. curious how much you paid for yours and where you purchased it? Looks identical to the one KAF sells! I agree with the others, a spray of Pam or other spray would help with the dough. And a soak in soapy water would make cleanup not too bad (I don't have a dishwasher but would still try this). Thanks for showing how it works!
