Fantastic, thank you both.
ОтветитьOUTSTANDING interview with Dr. Bikman. Adding more and more to my knowledge base just excites me! Fat cell size in the timeline of insulin resistance makes so much sense. Professor Bikman makes me want to become a scientist. I want to see his lab and see those fat cells not growing in the absence of insulin and then growing with the insulin. Fascinating! Awesome interview, Casey! Just, WOW!
ОтветитьGreat to have Ben Bikman on again. One of my favourites. I always enjoy learning from him.
ОтветитьI saw your interview with Colt Milton. I'm glad I found your channel. Ben Bikmam ❤❤
ОтветитьIs it correct to assume Apple shaped humans are fat hypotropic?
ОтветитьFrosted mini wheats were my favorite as well. But I don't eat that stuff anymore
ОтветитьLove your podcasts - I'm a retired physician. Dr Bikman is a giant in his field. The maxim, "Everything in moderation" is credited to the ancient Greek philosopher Hesiod in 700 BC. They probably didn't have ice cream then!
ОтветитьSix minutes in and I quit. Stop this bullshit and get on with the content.
ОтветитьLove my scientist
ОтветитьFunny hearing about him talking about how different people can hold on to fat. My father told me once that I was "an easy keeper". I don't disagree. Maybe it is because I have been on a "diet" all my life and putting myself in chronic stress.
ОтветитьA thumbs up for Frosted Mini wheats. When my 17 yr old border collie stopped eating, she turned her nose away from chicken, beef, cheese. However, she would eat Frosted Miniwheats.
