Personally I think this is the most balanced mech they have made, but it definitely doesn't belong in tier 9, this is the kind of mech I expect to be credits, not hemlock

It would be a good sniper mech, if it damaged the perimeter instead of the canopy. (With faster lock on and damage output) Idk whats the point of this mech that way

Looks like a good alternative to Scorpius as a guided platform, can have it eating canopy while you reload. Scorp normally has its jav hit the multi layer and so you end up having to break two separate mods

Even tho the implant count is insane, I think you could get away with thermal, tick rate, damage, and duration.

His could have been a Cheetah 2.0, with more versatile mines, that can be placed on the walls and ceilings. And instead of high damage, it would apply root and shock effect. Target can't move, jump, dash, teleport, or recall, and shock is already existing mechanic
