Excellent Michael. Thank you for the clarity
ОтветитьHi, thanks for your great videos, I have a question that I can't find any obvious solution for that:
I have and EPC project that each activity has one weight, how to calculate Planned Progress or Actual Progress for each summary or for overall project? Please make some videos about that.
Very nice, it give me a new insight, well done Michael
ОтветитьI have a question why when connecting activity 1 with activity 2 are still parallel, how do I create a work series in Timescale? Which should have started work 2 when job 1 was finished
ОтветитьAwesome sir
ОтветитьJust stumbled across this channel in the last few days. Top notch.
ОтветитьHello, your video has really helped me. Can you please tell me about subcontractors? and give me some examples about it. also, who would be the project owner, is it the contractor?
ОтветитьGreat video. What software did you use?
ОтветитьSuppose it’s good to note that splitting a construction schedule by building or area at level 1 is only advisable if on a small project? If you have multiple contractors issuing their schedules to be incorporated into an overall construction schedule, always build the WBS by discipline or it’s very difficult to maintain logic when bringing full schedules from one contractor for multiple buildings. Use activity coding to group and sort by building or work area instead for greater flexibility. Also very hard to do progress measurement by discipline when WBS is organised by work area - unless lots and lots of filters are to be used?
