ОтветитьWhat do people understand from the word bulking? You say it's unnecessary, then go on to say you need to eat enough calories. The "enough" calories is going to be more than your maintenance calories, assuming you want to build muscle, which is: bulking! Nobody gains significant amount of muscle and strength eating at their maintenance.

ОтветитьGuys there is a new guide from transformingphysique it's so amazing, these guys have so much information for bulking,I can’t believe,from nutrition to supplements, they also give me workout guide and full month meal planner. Bulking was just a dream for me then I found these guys.

ОтветитьIts simple, if you're betwen 15% and 20% bf dont bulk cause chances you got enough fat to use energy to build muscle, better to main gain while eating enough protein..if youre around 14% bf or less go for clean bulk but main gain if you feel you've reached 18% bf or so...if you're more than 20% go for slight calorie deficit and in all cases high protein diet and train to failure and make sure you rest....its very simple...i was guilty of bulking while i was already over 20% bf, believe me its dumb
