I want that librarian's job. IDGAF if kids check out tons of books and bring them back quickly. That's what libraries are for. So many kids can't afford to buy all the books they want to read and the library can help with that. Growing up, I routinely checked out at least five books at a time and I'd keep them for one to two weeks until we had time to drop by and return them. Depending on the length and complexity of the writing, I could finish a book every six to ten hours, so it wouldn't be unusual for me to check out an entire series of novels in one go and finish them in a week.

Wow. I read about a book a day from my school library and the librarian is always surprised but finds it amusing and pretty cool we can read that fast. (My best friend reads almost as fast as me).
