Sneaker collabs should have a limited run

But why is it that these and all others in the collab get the Nike air back tabs?. The snkr itself is so classic and with every other colorway they drop, put that on the back tab, those would be bigger sellers, no?

I was thinking the same , they came out with the black and white ones but to make a diss fused blue under amm on 3s again is a bit much.

ALLEGEDLY, the big names don't let collaborators change the design, supposedly Scott went through it just to get them to let him reverse the swoosh. Can you do a video about how collab silhouettes get chosen? Because it seems like Supreme for example keeps doing shoes nike couldn't sell in the past and are not even in regular production. And all these running shoe collabs from Asics and Saucony are mostly wack, the DTLR was aiight though.
