Nice lookin' guitar & it's got P90s.
ОтветитьDang, I was hoping you’d get to his pedals!
ОтветитьAwesome 🎉
ОтветитьDRH is an absolute pro, but I could never go on stage with just one guitar. So many things can happen with even a brand new or professionally set-up guitar such as: dead battery for active circuits, tremolo spring can pop out of place on a trem equipped guitar, string can break (either at the nut or saddle or could be a dud from the factory or snapped form a bend or dive bomb or pull-up), output jack can get loose and fall out, pot can go back, solder joint could go cold or a wire could disconnect, neck/truss rod could have an issue etc. and that's only the guitar itself let alone the rest of the rig! Always bring a backup no matter what.
ОтветитьSounds really, really good.
ОтветитьFor me there's too much bass.
ОтветитьI'd go filter'trons on that guit
ОтветитьA hollow ‘63 Gretsch Jet Firebird in THE color. Brilliant.
ОтветитьSurf 90.s?
ОтветитьIf you buy one of those you can’t afford a 2nd guitar….
ОтветитьLook at John Lennon's first 1958 Rickenbacker 325, the tulip. It's the same silhouette, headstock is simular too. It does sound as good as the best hollow Gretsch's.
ОтветитьWhat a nice guy. Lovely interview
ОтветитьA super nice guy, His band Follow For Now was great ... I mix them many times.
ОтветитьDuesenberg Domino P90's are hard to beat imo
ОтветитьI so wish I'd gotten a Frank Brothers guitar instead of the Bartlett Retrospec 2 I ended up buying. Could've saved a few thousand bucks and gotten what I'm sure is a much more "professional" feeling guitar. Oh well, it's only thousands and thousands of wasted dollars.....
