Very true when you work out before you work out you must eat well everyday. In a basic level of understanding of the scientifically all that can be well obtained..

Kia is a very smart man, but he also like to have attn and makes sure people know what he went through, he likes the poor me attn, not bein a prick, ive followed these guys for years.

This video was running nonstop in my old gym without the audio. I was in my early 20s and cooked the same stuff he is cooking. Now i am in my early 30s and still watching it from time to time
