I was there on opening day and they were having track switching issues with the newly used wye. Trains would have all their digital signage say Norwalk, and at the wye, it would switch to Redondo instead. We all then got off at Mariposa and headed back to Aviation Century. This happened twice. The Metro staff kept apologizing to everyone for the technical issues. Most people were understanding but confused, too, since the route had changed.

Are you saying the K line trains are currently going through the unopened LAX/Metro Transit Center Station for testing purposes? I didn't know that, but it's an efficient way to do the dynamic testing for the unopened station.

The fences are too low. Kids will jump that fence easily.

Hang on so the K Line is testing the full line but kicks passengers off between Westchester/Veterans and Aviation/Century, does this mean that the northern segment is running 2 car trains now? I think that I remember when I went to LA it was running 3 car trains

Edit: Ok sorry I just checked my footage and it looks like it was always running 2 car trains, whoops.
Do you happen to know when we can expect the platform extensions?
