Sad that compared to a lot of other modern channels, this one has relatively little views. However, it's like our own little secret I guess haha. It's like this day and age, many instructors are missing the main point of BJJ as you progress, which is to be super efficient and controlling, and not doing body calisthenics to get what you need lol.
