however he seems to contradict a tad,
If i understood correctly, he says humans jumped in evolution the moment they went to the extremities of earth.

due to insufficient light there, the cells started to produce their own light,
humans started to shine from within.🌞

Then he suddenly says that humans devolve and become more ape like again, when there isn't sufficient sunlight.

hence he went from Evolve due to insufficient sun, to Devolve due to insufficient sun!


Although i am always open to learn,
it seems he is misguided by Scientism, Nasa and the (highly questionable) theory of Evolution. (that has never been proven, yet proven false countless times,
just like gravity and the moon landings he mentioned praising btw)

Is he, by only focussing on the visible fractals of light, completely missing the true source of all Light ? (the light of the holy spirit that sustains us all)

Honestly dudes an interesting character, I definitely agree with him about sun exposure and it all just makes so much sense, like why wouldn't it? Adequate sun exposure + Raw eating + functional exercise (low intensity) + Grounding and less screen time = Good health.

the only thing I'm kind of skeptical about is his theory of internal UV, if something like that can be studied, tested, and recorded I'm all for it

While it is almost impossible to conceive that the listeners of this presentation are at all able to follow Uncle Jack through his tortuous reasonings, but that his intense conviction that he is on the right track leads those viewers to trust that indeed he is, the final fact is that he is an abysmally poor communicator with no sense of how the human brain works and how best to present a sequential series of arguments and enlightenments which bring the listener to his place of comprehension.

Rather, we are forced to give him the benefit of the doubt simply because we cannot imagine that he would be going on so ardently about nothing. However, he has much to learn about the art of communication and the laws of psychological processing.

He also has much work to do in the of ego dissolution, and not much time to do it either.

I think sunlight and a good diet consisting animal fat and meat are all key to good health. I read one time that there’s not enough sunlight in the northern hemisphere for a black person to ever be healthy, and I think that’s probably true. Even I struggled at times to get enough sunlight in NY and DC, and I’m very fair. But sunlight does help everything work better and gives a calming feeling. It especially helps with arthritis for me. But sunlight alone won’t save you from rickets, scurvy, or any other diseases we get from not eating our natural diet. It all works together.

One thing that Jack might have missed: Humans were genetically reengineered by non-terrestrial entities. This is documented.
